Humble Beginnings

Chad Denke grew up in Denver Colorado and started his journey into entrepreneurship when he was in second grade selling toys and carrying out a paper route. It wasn't long after that, that he graduated high school and got into the powersports business. After starting as a lot tech and working his way up to a GM he quickly realized working for someone else wasn't in the cards for him so he decided he'd open his own dealership... Fast forward a few years, Chad expanded and moved to Arizona where he began to become exhausted from the business. Frustrated it was time to hang the gloves up. By 2017, Chad and Brittney had dozens of clients between the two of them. They each tried to build a successful business alone, but something about doing better kept them searching for more. Even though they grew up in the same neighborhood they had yet to meet. A meeting with fate had plans for them and much more. In 2018 a mutual friend introduced them. At that time, Chad and Brittney quickly realized they were cut from the same cloth. Within minutes of meeting each other, they were brainstorming ideas on how things in Real Estate could be much better. But what stood out to them most was about how they mutually agreed that...

Real estate has been broken for many years. They say that almost seventy percent of new homeowners never really understood how they got a home. So Brittney and Chad set out on their own missions to help as many people as they could.

By the end of 2021 both their real estate businesses were humming with record breaking years. But with volume comes more responsibility. Responsibility that was keeping them from giving their clients the highest level of service possible.

By 2022, Chad and Brittney couldn't ignore the the signs that they had quickly outgrown themselves and their ability to serve their clients properly by themselves. They really didn't know where to start until they discovered they should partner up after going to a mastermind group. Their goal was to create something that people had never experienced before.

By 2022, the real estate market was on fire and the need for people to have proper representation and education was greater than every before. "How did Chad & Brittney address these issues so quickly?" They started a Facebook group - one designed to help people buy and home and grow wealth through real estate. Feb 0f 2022 Master Your move was born.

After years of putting things together we realized that we still had to push things even further. Our clients not only had a relationship with us but the lenders we worked with as well. Another vision was born into how we could create an experience for them like never before.
